2. The environmental temperature and humidity when printing mirror ink is very important. Because the ink is easy to dry on the screen, it cannot be screen printed in an environment with large air circulation, otherwise it will be very easy to block the screen and become agar-like gel. At the same time, when the air humidity is high, the mirror effect will be poor. When screen printing, avoid air flow and humidity as much as possible, and the screen printing environment should be strengthened to dehumidify. If the mirror ink is stored at 20°C and silk-screened at 20°C, the printability will be better.

3. Because the ink is as thin as water, a high-mesh screen should be selected. Not only that, the squeegee hardness should be harder, which can be above 80°.

4. The mirror ink must be fully stirred before use, so that the metal powder and resin must be fully mixed evenly to ensure the appearance of the mirror effect, otherwise it will affect the production of the mirror effect.

5. The tension of the screen is slightly lower, the screen distance is also adjusted closer, and the scraping pressure of the squeegee is appropriately reduced, so that the mirror effect can be produced.

7. The mirror effect of mirror ink is related to the drying method. In terms of mirror effect, natural drying is not as good as heating and drying.
